My Story

Pizza, Marines & The American Dream

I retired, more or less, in 2025 after 40 years in the pizza business. My last role was as owner of multiple domino's locations based in New Bern, North Carolina — all around U.S.M.C. bases Camp Lejeune and Cherry Point.

I even owned the store that services Camp Geiger — the very barracks I lived in when I was doing my Infantry Training School after joining the Marines as a teenager.

The Journey

A High School Diploma and a Barrel of Motivation

No degree. No silver spoon. Just a teenager who joined the Marines, then took a part-time job delivering pizza — and turned it into a 40-year career that reached the leadership team of the world's largest pizza brand.

Now, I take those lessons on the road. If I can do it, you and your team can too.

Over the course of my career, I went from being a part-time delivery driver to a senior executive — a member of the Leadership Team of what ultimately became the world's largest pizza brand.

I developed a skill and a passion for public speaking during my career. I love to get a large room of people energized. That's what I spend my time doing now.
